Found Footage: Steve Jobs' Macworld bloopers
I have to agree with the post at FreeMacBlog: it's pretty tough to watch this and not squirm at least a little, especially during my personal favorite: the 2005 keynote when I believe it was Sony's CEO who painfully stumbled and blundered through a speech about... well I don't even remember what it was about anymore.
This video is a nice reminder of those unfortunate (yet darn funny) blooper moments of Macworld keynotes that we all so easily forget once we open our new [insert Apple product here]. Check out FreeMacBlog's post where I found this, or head over to YouTube where the video lives - at least for now.

SJ is the Barry Sanders of presentations, but even Barry slipped up occasionally.

This is probably exactly what they hoped to avoid by shutting down the Keynote Archives. I say, serves them right!

haha.... Entertaining, but still miles apart from Uncle Bill, and his bloopers!

Man, I always squirm when I see him throw that camera at that poor guy. Someone got Steved that day, actually, probably all of those days someone got Steved.

How about any time that woman from Micro$oft gets on stage & tries to talk about the relationship between the two companies. What a blabbering, blundering fool!
I honestly don't know
a) Why Bill & Steve let her out of the office.
b) Why Apple has ever asked her back.

Some of those - the "branch prediction logic" or the kerberos, or the junk mail filter, were not bloopers. I would bet that they were very intentional - in fact he probably rehearsed them. Having done many presentations, and worked for an advisor who may actually surpass Steve in his attention to detail and preparation for presentations, those had the ring of intentional humor.

As a Mac fan... that was just painful to watch.
I've seen most of those blunders over the years.. but all together it makes Apple looks like a total boob.... haha.
Just wait till this is posted on a M$ fanboy page like geek.com ... now that will be painfull.

I've only seen a few keynotes, but almost all segments presented by non-Apple people tend to be uncomfortable to watch. It's like high school english class all over again. Either a stammer-fest, or Conan O'Brien season 1 akwardness.

The are two reasons why I can't make a Billy Gates blooper montage. It was incredibly painless to collect all the old Apple keynote footage. The Apple online community is incredibly vibrant and enough people actually collect this stuff which makes it easy to pass around and get into my hands. There are perhaps a few dozen M$ fanboys online and that's it. I highly doubt anybody has a 10 gig folder of M$ keynotes.
2nd) All the M$ archived materials are probably in WMA or Real formats. No thanks, but I don't deal with those formats, and iMovie can't import them. Flip4Mac isn't around for Intel yet, and the Real libraries are half assed and don't work right.
My biggest fear is like what mingistech said, that some Apple basher will get a hold of this and make it one more reason to bash Apple. Well I made this video for the Mac community to enjoy, and not for the Apple haters. Thanks for all your compliments! I enjoyed making it as much as you enjoy watching it.
