Does the Mighty Mouse LED project a mouse?
This one
is a bit weird, so bear with us. It seems that Flickr user
Dan Bowels noticed that the light on the underside of his Mighty Mouse produces what (kind of) looks like a mouse's
head on the surface of his desk. Has he stumbled upon an ultra-rare hardware easter egg, or is this just an optical
illusion? You decide. We're a little more than skeptical, but if you can replicate the image of the little red mouse
face with your own Mighty Mouse, we'd love to see it.[Via Infinite Loop]

My mouse makes a devil... oh wait, it's a Microsoft mouse, nevermind.

Apple just spring suprises on you left, right and centre don't they? I completely agree that it looks like a mouse, well, it doesn't look like A mouse, but it certainly represents one.
I took a picture of mine. Not as clear but hopefully you'll appreciate it none the less.

Does the same with my Mighty Mouse. But I think it looks more like a rabbit with short ears than a mouse.
I don't think it's intentional. It just happened to come out like that.
Even if it is an easter egg, I don't think even Steve Jobs has realised (unless he's reading TUAW right now...).

That's no mouse, it's the image of the Devil. Apple is forbidden fruit.

Amazing? I don't think it's amazing, it works on the old pro mouse as well... So I think it's a coincident, but a rather unlikely one, I must say...

I thought everyone knew this! One of the first things I saw back when I got my G5 in 2004...

Holy cow! It's true! Ever since this "came to light," I've been trying to track down other hidden meanings in my computer. So far I've discovered that my Java tastes like it was brewed in Colombia and my finger gets gooey when I touch my Stickies.

It works with my Pro Mouse as well. Both the black one and the white one. Wow all this time and no one noticed it. Freakin' Apple.
