umm..regarding the "ticket system" complaint... "even if its just an ipod case you want to buy"
get a clue. its either wait in line to pay for it, or wait in line to have someone get it for you and pay for it. whats the difference?
Not a very professional commercial, i've got to say.
If they spent $60,000 on THAT.... well... they wasted $60,000.
Ya kind of home made looking, but its getting the buzz that they were looking for.

you're required to get a ticket to see any sales person, even if it's just something like an iPod case you want to buy
