Product placement in Hold 'Em for iPod
Ah, the powerful tactic of product placement, in which a real, commercial product is used in a fictional setting (for a fee, of course). Check out the screen grab of Texas Hold 'Em for iPod [iTunes link] that reader Michael sent us. Is that an iPod and iPod HiFi on the bookcase in the background? Why, yes it is. You can view a larger version of the screenshot after the jump. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to finish my game of cards...and spend my winnings on an iPod HiFi.
Thanks, Michael!

This girl is HOT. I don't know what you guys have waiting at home, but I HIGHLY doubt it's better than her. I know my virtual-wife doesn't hold a candle.
IT'S A VIDEO GAME CHARACTER PEOPLE. GROW A SAC.
Wow, I'm surprised at how many people comment on the girl pictured here rather than the topic of product placement. Nice comments by the way, "fugly", cause I'm sure all of you are Brad Pitt look alikes! NOT!!! Sounds like grade school all over again. With the exception that you are all now middle aged, losing your hair, can't get a date if your life depended on it. But at least one thing hasn't changed, you are probably still living with your parents! I at least appreciate the fact that you can spare time away from your jacking off to comment on the looks of a character in a freaking video game. Let's see your pictures so we can comment on you. And downloading celebrity pics from the Internet doesn't count...
