Macworld Expo San Fransisco is just around the corner (January 8-12, 2007), and it has just been revealed that the main keynote of the conference will feature... wait for it.... Steve Jobs!
To get an instant map to any address, just go to your Address Book and right click on the address field of any one of your contacts and select "Map Of." The address will then be revealed in Google Maps on Safari. You can do the same if a data detector determines there is an address in an e-mail in Mail.

Doesn't Steve give a keynote at every MacWorld? Or perhaps that's just been the case in the last few years I've been following the company.
I usually don't join in with the people saying "Oh, I don't know what it's going to be, but I know I'm going to buy it!!" (The only exception was when I got the MacBook the day after it came out, but I had already been needing a laptop) BUT, I did get my iPod stolen and the cellphone I have is one of those that the carriers just give away with a contract (I didn't like any of the ones at the store at the time), so if the iPhone functions well as both a cell and an iPod, they'll probably have me as a customer.

Leopard doesn't come out until spring that's six months away. How long after the expo do we usually have to wait for the new harware to become available? I need a new laptop and don't want to wait.
