More rumors of other RED Apple products
It seems that due to the release of the iPod nano (PRODUCT) RED last week, September's rumors of other Apple products going the RED route are circulating again. Think Secret has a few 'sources' reporting that Apple and Bono have been kicking around the idea of RED iMacs and MacBooks, though their fate is probably very dependent on the success of the iPod nano (PRODUCT) RED (man, I really wish I didn't have to type all that). Unfortunately, Think Secret doesn't have even speculation as to how soon we could see other RED Apple products, or even if they could land before the holiday season. Guess you'll just have to play your cards right until we hear more.

I have already seen, in classes at my university, two students with all red macbooks. (It is not just a case, as it is red on the inside as well.) Maybe they got them from Color Ware PC .. but they looked different than the examples shown on that website. I want to ask them where/how they got them.

But personally I don't expect it to happen. It's pretty logical that between Apple and Bono there would be some chatter on possible other RED products. Probably will be nothing more than some brainstorming
A red Mac Mini would be cool! not a notebook (that will just scream "Steal' Me")

And for the Macs it is a little bit difficult to put a (Red) mark on it. I think making the Apple logo red would just wreck the whole design of the iMac and the MacBook/Pros. Meh, what if they just include a (Red) logo on startup, and screensavers and wallpapers. Not too much to include.
I don't really know why, but I have always wanted a red laptop. I wish I could get my MBP painted red - SLICK!!

They were flying off the shelves according to the genius who was fixing my RSS macbook.
I don't know about a red macbook or imac, but they could do something that is less red like a red apple logo on their products and still look apple-licious :-)
Just my 2 cents...
Hey, when something is a part of the (RED) program, that doesnt mean they have to be red in color although some do. (RED) is the name of the business model, if you care, take a look at the (RED) manifesto....

I think a red Macbook would be cool- I would totally buy it; especially if part of it would be donated to charity. That would be magnificent.
