Apple logo made of Mac mini boxes

Who says that the people at the MacBU don't know how to party? David Weiss created this Apple logo in his office with some creative reuse of 65 Mac mini boxes. I suppose this is a good argument for holding onto all those Apple boxes.

It's weird that they didn't take a little dip out of the top so the leaf wasn't connected. Otherwise, it's a nifty tribute to the Apple logo.

With the addition of 64 more boxes (later this week? according to the post) what else is he going to come up with?

That's way more creative than my boring old wall.

That's pretty cool! I never would've thought of that. I have a thing with symmetry: can't seem to get anything in proportion. I wonder what other things they could use those boxes for. Maybe people can share their own ideas. I'd love to see more "box" creations :)
