With all the iPod cases out there it's getting hard to stand out in the crowd. The iVue Crystal Case from iPodMods doesn't try to compete with all those other cases. It aims to make them unnecessary. the iVue is a see-through shell that replaces the entire front of your iPod, showing off your iPod's Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

The idea is kinda cool, but the result looks like your ipod fell and is broken. And having a broken iPod is uncool in my book...

This is something I'll definitely consider once my 5g is fully out of warranty...it'll have a few more scratches then, and that's not a lot of money to get rid of them, get protection against new scratches, and get a cool case. Wonder if you can get a new battery installed at the same time...if they don't offer that service, they sure as hell should.

Huh, cool I guess, if you like taking something beautiful and turning it ugly.
My uncle had a clear phone from Mountain Bell that did this exact same thing in 1982. It was ugly, too.

Its something different. in a sea of ever growing iPods they all look alike. Even the knockoffs other MP3 players Sansa's ring, Zune, etc atr starting to look the same.
