106000 iPods a day. More or less.

iPod-obsessed website iLounge does the math today, figuring out how 39 million iPod sales during Apple's 2006 fiscal year work out to about 106849 iPod sales per day. Every day. Throughout the year. Taking things to the next level, writer Jeremy Horwitz then speculates how the anticipated upcoming holiday rush could add another 100K sales or more per day to that take for a total take per day of counts quickly on fingers...lots.
