Steven Levy on BoingBoing podcast
Steven Levy, the author of The Perfect Thing (reviewed here), is the guest on Boing Boing's fourth Get Illuminated podcast (warning, some things on Boing Boing may not be work safe). He discusses the all things iPod with Mark Frauenfelder.Steven's audio is a little rough around the edges, but the podcast is still interesting.

Would it kill these podcast makers to include a direct iTunes subscription click link?
I'm tired of an ambiguously titled "get podcast" link that goes direct to a .MP3 file (which opens in the middle of a web browser window and nowhere near my iPod, which is the whole idea of a "podcast" after all), or the raw XML feed that I'm somehow supposed to have configured to have iTunes launch instead of NetNewsWire.
I know, I know, they're being politically obtuse^B^B^B^B^B correct by claiming not everyone uses iTunes as their podcatcher. But face it, 80% of people do, and it would save a lot of cut & pasting for those know who do know what to do, AND bring more listeners for those who don't.
For the record, here is the link that should be on their page:
