Xserve RAID Admin Tools 1.5.1
When it rains it pours as the Morton Salt company says, which really has nothing to do with this post. First Apple updates the Xserve RAID and then they update the Xserve RAID Admin Tools 1.5.1. I smell conspiracy. No, wait, that's just the salt again. This update brings support for the larger disks in the slightly revamped Xserve RAID, as well as a number of other fixes that are listed in the support doc.
Thanks, Chris.

So what happened to the LUN masking option in 1.5.1? What happens if the firmware update is applied to an Xserve RAID that already has LUN masking configured. I suspect a lot of people use LUN masking to keep things separated when using Fibre Channel switches. Is anyone else concerned about this?

Anybody know how to run RAID Admin from the Terminal? I'd like to automate some tasks by using Unix commands. mainly i'd like to automate the "Verify" parity command using a Unix command via ARD and just schedule it.
Thanks
