Dalek Webcam
Yesterday, I posted about the Tardis USB Hub. Today, I bring you another essential Mac peripheral, the Dalek Webcam. Like the Tardis hub, the webcam is made by Wesco Products, which seems to have a Doctor Who license from the BBC. They also manufacturer a Dalek USB Flash Memory Stick.
As many of you found out yesterday, Amazon.co.uk does not ship electronics to the US. What a shame. If you do not live in the UK, and you cannot live without Who accessorizing, it looks like eBay UK may be your best bet for purchase. Make sure to contact the seller before placing your bid to ensure that the item can ship to the US.

On both items, there is a US licensee, Underground Toys and they are supplying both products here in the US to stores and websites alike.
The USB hub works in the US and you do not need an adapter for the power plug.
That thing is horrendous.

If so, then throw your Mac out and go buy yourself a Windows box (and the drab boring suit to go with it) and don't look back, because you no longer have the right to call yourself a Mac user.
The Mac, and the company that made it, have always been known for their keen sense of humor and fun. And the plain and simple fact is that a lot of computer users are geeks who like sci-fi stuff. So yeah, even tho the product in question isn't specifically designed for the Mac, it still does have a place among Mac users.
@tim, so I guess you're asking for Erica to be EXTERMINATED!
OH MAN! what does this have to do with apple? why dont you try to work for engadget?
why havent you been fired? out of spite for us complaining so much?
What, no K9 wireless ethernet hub? How about the k9 II firewire hub?
