iPod privacy screens
SciFi.com has posted about a new privacy screen that provides directional viewing for your iPod. It makes it harder for people to the right and left of you to watch your iPod's LCD (although, presumably, the guy right behind you on the plane can still see your pr0n or notice that you're listening to Barry Manilow).
Available from iStyles, the screen overlay will set you back all of ten bucks while saving you from prying eyes.

Wow, that's pointless.

umm what's wrong with listening to Barry Manilow?
I think the bigger crime is reading your pointless, inane posts day in and day out. Have you ever posted anything of substance on this blog?
until you prove yourself as talented, maybe you shouldn't diss Manilow.

Don't diss the Manilow. You'll get more hate mail than a Windows fanboi that flames Mac users.

I guess it could be useful for people who frequently use, say, the contacts feature of the iPod in public places where there are a lot of people nearby them. Whatever.

This would be more useful for laptops than iPods I think, as it's easier for people to watch your DVD over your shoulder than it is to watch a tiny iPod screen, especially as it's harder to move the laptop out of their line of sight.
Btw, people on this blog are ridiculous. It was a joke on an informal internet blog. It's not a big deal. There are bigger problems in life. Get over it.
