It's not that much of a loss.
The NewsRadio listing is just 7 episodes and DVD season 5 or something was just released last week, Seasons 1-4 were on sale for $18 each set.
Starsky and Hutch is just Season 1 out of 5 currently available on DVD. Best Buy's current pricing is $20 a season. Same applies to Charlie's Angels.
Spiderman is a bit of a question, I'm not sure which that is, but it might be the "New Adventures of" and that is a better deal, the US DVDs are three episodes each for $12US.
'Til Death (not Till Death) is currently airing in HDTV, an iTunes version is probably just setting up for disappointment, I'd suggest buying an HD tuner if it's airing in your area, it's better in the long run.
So far, for classic TV, iTunes is only a good idea if you only like certain episodes.
I'm not sure what the holdup is for other stores. I know that some of the media rights are owned by other companies, but often it's just a different subsidiary of the same company too. I wonder if the content owners are just adopting a wait-and-see attitude to see how the market reacts, both the users and retailers.
