The Joost team reports that it looks like Joost is now running on Apple TV. Tutorialninjas.net lists Joost as confirmed to work on AppleTV. (See the bottom of the post under "Confirmed Working Apps"). They mention that you can watch videos although there remain some font issues. Both the Joost Team and the Tutorial Ninjas sites are short on details and there are no screen shots as yet.[via Digg]

this would sooo push me over the edge to get an appleTV
joost sent me an email earlier this month "...we haven't forgotten your request to try Joost. We're now speeding up the process of adding testers and we'll shortly be inviting everyone who has signed up to try Joost... so expect an invite within the next couple of weeks"

I put my name down at the site about a month ago, and a few weeks ago I got a "we haven't forgotten about you, and we will be releasing more invites soon - you will be on the next wave of invites"
So, I'd say just pop your name down at the site and sit tight.
