iQuiz review
iLounge has posted an in-depth iQuiz review. Their verdict? For well-groomed iTunes libraries, the just-under-a-buck iQuiz game gets solid thumbs up. iQuiz uses your library's meta data (including facts like "year published", "artist", and so forth) to create an interactive game-show-like quiz game that goes well beyond the iPod's built-in and usually unsatisfying Music Quiz. The game also includes several trivia games based on music, movies, and TV shows with Apple-provided databases. There are definitely drawbacks to the software. iLounge points out that games end a little abruptly after 10 questions and iQuiz is pretty battery intensive. If you're considering whether it's worth it to spend your buck, the review is comprehensive and has lots of pretty screen caps. Go read it all.

Really good price for a game and pretty fun. The one gripe I have for the facet of the game that requires your iTunes' meta-data is that in order for the game to work correctly your album-info must be absolutely correct. You ask: what year did "Music from the Big Pink" hit the shelves, 2000, duh! Bob Dylan Live 1964?-Well if you answered 1964, you would be wrong! When did "Greatest Hits" come out? (I have 27 Greatest Hits albums, could you be more specific).
In order for this to work one must be diligent in cleaning-up all of the album info, particularly the years in which the album was released. Neither Gracenote and the iTunes MS seem to get that all that we're interested in is when the music first hit the airwaves, not when some corporation acquired the rights to press it onto a CD or make a MP3 file with it.

iQuiz Maker is pretty good, but there are two downfalls, one is that it hasn't have a PC version yet. The other is that it is limited to number of questions you can created. It seems unrealistic to create a 500-question game by adding them 1 by 1.
Eric from macdevcenter.com has posted how he uses a C program to create iQuizzes with huge number of questions automatically. I have a collection of 20+ iQuiz games at http://www.iquizshare.com
