Apple.com sports new look

Looks like the web elves at been hard at work Leoparding up Apple.com. The website has been overhauled to be more in line with the new look of Leopard, which will be hitting your desktop sometime in October. I am sure there are many wed designers taking a gander at the code Apple has used in this new look.
So, readers, what do you think of the new look?

Looking around other worldwide Apple sites, it seems that the US site is the only one that got this facelift... I'm most familiar with the Japan site and in the past, it always followed the US site's lead for updates.

Ugh. Brushed metal. It's so bland.

June 11 2007 at 7:12 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplySo the .Mac homepage is now well hidden. Well, it's my Safari homepage so I can live with that even if I don't like it. Unfortunately, all the photopages I've set up using iWeb are no longer linked on the .Mac "welcome" page. The only photoalbums which do are the old ones which I made pre-iWeb.
