Typinator 2.0 35% off at MacZOT today only

It hasn't even been two weeks since Typinator went 2.0, and now it's on a 35%-off sale at MacZOT for $12.99 (regular price: $19.99). This handy typing and snippet manager is a great tool for helping you work faster with text, and a deal this good is both rare and virtually impossible to beat. If you're looking to try before you buy, head over to ergonis software's Typinator product page to snag a demo, but do it quick: MacZOT's sales are one-day-only affairs. When it's gone, it's gone.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add they bump the price up by 25% for European mugs, 20 dollars somehow becomes 20 euros PLUS 20% VAT. Hmmm ....

Its good but this sort of thing doesn't create much of a good vibe ...
June 21 2007 at 4:08 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyFinally!!! I knew something like this had to exist! I've been dying to have a shortcut for inserting my email address/login as it seems like I type this a hundred times a day. Not a huge deal, but it's one of those things that's been driving me crazy. I bought it thirty seconds after trying it out. At $12.99 it's a steal.
June 21 2007 at 12:57 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replydave, thanks. that's helpful. i don't do a ton of what I would consider 'repetitive' typing, so i just type things out each time. but i've always thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to set one up.
i'm starting to get a little weary of "delicious apps" which seem to have a lot of sizzle and high prices, but not a lot of substance. so i just wanted to make sure someone thought that this was the real deal.
thanks again

#1: With the 2.0 update that just happened (which I linked early in this post), I would say TypeIt4Me has pulled ahead a bit, but they're both commercial apps. I think they both cost around $20, but it's been so long since I bought TextExpander (the commercial version of the freeware Texpander) that I don't remember and don't care anymore; text tools like this have saved me a *ton* of time, which translates into a savings of a ton of money for a pro bloggers and freelance writer such as myself.
