18K gold iPod
Here's something completely silly: An 18K gold iPod nano. For a fee (oddly, I couldn't find pricing information. Hmmm), EXEOO will remove your iPod nano's casing and replace it with one made of 18K gold. But wait, there's more! They'll do the same with your 5th generation iPod (back side only), universal dock, earbuds and iPod remote. Why? Because who doesn't want to place their golden iPod in a golden dock while listening to golden headphones?
If you've got more money that you can handle, buy a golden iPod. Because, you know, muggers only like the original models.

This is the one of the reasons why other countries hate Americans.

This is not why other countries hate Americans...it's why YOU hate Americans with more money than YOU. We have the most evenly distributed wealth income in the world across our population. We ain't perfect...but it's not like the Governor of California (the green state) has 7 Hummers in his driveway. Oh...wait...crap. Yeah, it's why other countries hate Americans...you're right...my bad.

I guess other countries hate Americans because some of us don't do the research and assume that since we're reading it from a computer in the US, it must have been made by a fellow American, whom we sorta claim to hate while attempting to align ourselves with some unspecified foreign country.

I don't know if the metallurgy would work, but I would think that a gold plating on the original case would be much easier and cheaper than remaking the case out of gold.

I asked them the prices and they said 6000 to 14000 Euros (approx $8k - $19k) depending on which one you choose. Interestingly, the cheapest one is the iPod Video at 6k Euros (approx. $8,400) with the most expensive one being the iPod Shuffle at $14k Euros (approx. $19,200). I don't know why that is. You'd think it would be the other way around. If you opt for a custom one though, the price could be anything.
I bet it'd get stolen in 5 mins though.
