MailSteward archiving app for just $34.95 at MacZOT today only

After I realized that I needed to find a way to archive and search the healthy amount of email I deal with in Apple Mail these days, I finally decided on MailSteward. There are indeed a number of email archiving options available (and Hawk Wing's list is probably still as good as any), but MailSteward's powerful array of features and ability to search the archives it creates won me over.
If you're looking for a similar solution and MailSteward just might be it, today is a great day to make the jump: software discount site MacZOT is offering the MailSteward for just $34.95. That's a savings of 30% off its normal price of $50, so it's a good opportunity to finally get into the habit of archiving all that mail that you can't entirely delete just yet.

It can also be rule-based, searching and archiving messages based on subject, sender, Address Book group, etc. Automatic all that manual labor is a valuable thing, and easily worth the $50 I spent on it, let alone today's sale price.
Keeping your entire Mail database small and streamlined is also valuable from a performance standpoint. Building up a backlog like that eventually takes its toll on Mail, even if those messages aren't directly in the main inbox.
Thanks for the tip, but, I don't quite get the need for Mail Steward...I just create Archive folders in Mail for all my mail accounts then every few months select a date range and cut/paste into the appropriate archive folder. This way I don't have 1000s of messages clogging up my inboxes.

We understand a few readers might be sick of hearing about the iPhone, but the truth is that it's one of Apple's most significant products of all time and easily one of the most important gadgets of all time from nearly every angle you slice it. Hardware, design, software, OS, evolution, etc. Unfortunately, we can't stop writing about the iPhone, but I hope that iPhone-free RSS feed helps to solve your complaints.
FINALLLY! an article that is NOT about the iphone.
