As usual, Apple have posted the video of today's press event for all to see. Marvel at the new iMac, iLife '08, iWork...and count the number of times Steve says, "Boom!"Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

hauk, if you have your QT prefs set correctly, it should automatically choose the correct size to suit your bandwidth.
That is the point of QT ref movs.
Generally you'll get the best quality when your connection is set to 768kbps or higher.
You may have it set up for dial up speeds.
