iStat menus v1.1 preview screenshot and details

The iSlayer crew has released a preview screenshot on the company's blog that highlights a few key features coming in v1.1 of iStat menus, their utility for keeping an eye on your Mac's various statistics from the menubar. Specifically new in this upcoming version will be network graphing, monitoring of S.M.A.R.T. hard drive temperatures, a breakdown of every temp sensor on a CPU and what looks like a significantly redesigned calendar. Stat junkies will likely appreciate these new and finely tuned features, though there's no word on when this new version will become available.
iStat menus, like every one of iSlayer's mostly statistic-obsessed products, is still provided as freeware.

i always get 3 different readings, what's up man?
my menumeters reading isn't the same as iStat in Dashboard, and even with iStat installed and Menumeters uninstalled, there was still a slight discrepency...

Why is it that SO many TUAW posts link product names to TUAW tag pages (or other TUAW posts) instead of the product itself? This is incredibly annyoying. Sure, in this post, there's a link to iSlayer's site at the end of the post, or I could google it, but why is the "iStat menus" link in the first sentence a link to the TUAW tag and not the iStat menus site? If I want to view the TUAW tags, I'll just use the links at the bottom of the post.
Please, please stop it.

I installed this and loved it.
The I noticed that my network performance was rubbish on my Macbook pro. Spent 2 days reconfiguring router and network settings. Then on a whim uninstalled iStat pro and presto Peak performance again. It would be a must have utility were it not for that problem.
