While the Glasgow Apple Store is set to open on Saturday, August 25th, a few lucky people - like TUAW reader Mo - were invited to a sneak peek opening for friends and family. Use Spotlight as a reference tool. Type any word in the Spotlight box and one of the top entries will be a definition. Click on it, and it will bring up the dictionary application to check the word in either the dictionary, thesaurus, Apple database, or Wikipedia.

Yes, it was friends and family—lots and lots of people had cameras, so I'd not be surprised if more pictures showed up.

I loved the industries building up around the queue this morning, especially the Evening Times giving away apples with the newspaper - brilliant - and the Scotsys people leafletting people joining the queue:
