While the Glasgow Apple Store is set to open on Saturday, August 25th, a few lucky people - like TUAW reader Mo - were invited to a sneak peek opening for friends and family. F11 moves all your windows off the screen so you can quickly glance at your desktop. F10 shows you every open window in an application. F9 shows every open window for every application that isn't hidden or in the dock.

Yes, it was friends and family—lots and lots of people had cameras, so I'd not be surprised if more pictures showed up.

I loved the industries building up around the queue this morning, especially the Evening Times giving away apples with the newspaper - brilliant - and the Scotsys people leafletting people joining the queue:
