Isn't this kind of thing better suited to a separate site?

Could you PLEASE start an iPhone hacking blog and take this stuff elsewhere?

joseph: Instead of being a huge cry baby and a bit of a d-bag I suggest that -in case you're interested in an article- to just -bare with me- SCROLL PAST IT AND IGNORE IT. I know, I know, getting around the idea that the world doesn't revolve around you is hard. But hey, that's life.

I agree with ben and joseph. The iPhone hacking stuff is out of control. Yes, Josh, I can scroll past it, but why should I have to? Half the content here is iPhone-related. Why not just spin off a site for that? This post is useful to....ONE PERSON. OK, two - Erica as well, as it feeds her ego.
Enough is enough, TUAW.

The iphone is part of my mac system 9in fact an very important part) so Should be part of this site. So stop cruying about iphone news if you don't like them just don;t read them ...and even worst just don't waste your time writing comments to annoy us who really care for this kind of news.

Maybe your next article could be how to use the scroll bars in all the major browsers as it seems some people still cannot get the hang of them....

are you good for anything besides iphone hacking posts?

Josh:
I'd be a lot easier to ignore if this was filed under "Hacks". However, TUAW uses that tag inconsistently. Actually, why not create one for "iPhone Hacks" and include a link to the right under Mac Learning? I'm sure those ONLY interested in Hacking the phone would LOVE to have one click directly to only the iPhone Hacking posts.

Maybe you folks haven't heard of this crazy technological breakthrough known as the "RSS Reader". It allows you to "preview" the posts so you only click on those that interest you. Try out Safari or Google's. It's free.
Watching something like sports highlights or even looking up movie showtimes must be a horrendous experience for you guys.

Please do not separate the iPhone articles.
The iPhone is more phone than Mac only as a result of Apple's restriction on user extension. When Apple finally opens the device to the user it will be a Mac with a phone. If you have not had the use of a emancipated iPhone you will not appreciate the portent.
I would suggest to people that this is a more relevant topic rather than a lesser one. Ubiquitous computing is a connection device in your "pocket". Apple is losing a degree of traction in its delay of 3rd party access. Android is an open concept iPhone, and competition from Google is great news for the users. Google is giving developers a $10 million dollar incentive to develop for Android. These devices are a big deal.
Thank you Erica and tuaw.com

Don't know about anyone else, but after installing these headers, I got a ton of errors about missing header files (i.e. NSCodingProtocol.h) when attempting to compile, for which I had to re-run the install-headers.sh script from the iphone-dev wiki's instructions to resolve.

Yeh, I'm getting the same problems Aaron...
Any chance you sorted the problem out?
Google is not my friend in this instance...

In a perfect world this headline would've been different..
