Wifi fix my ass, I have a mac mini that I just reinstalled Tiger.7 on and it won't connect to my network. I installed Leopard on another partition and it does the wifi just fine. I don't know what's up with it.

I'm with Simon here. There are major bugs that need to be fixed with Leopard. Wifi in general is screwed up probably in more ways than I actually can comprehend (I actually think this started before Leopard), but most of all something about wifi is causing SR MBPs' trackpads to more or less completely freeze up when not connected to a network. I'm installing this in the hopes it will work, but I doubt this is that kind of update.

It's well documented fact that people named Simon are typically crude and...wait...

after i installed this my itunes volume decreased dramatically. The volume on my mac and itunes are both all the way up. The mp3s play normally in quicktime but in itunes the volume is drastically decreased.

No idea if this update caused the problem, but just after I installed it Saft 10.0.2 stopped working. I upgraded to Saft 10.0.3, but still get the same error message, saying this version of Safari isn't supported and that Saft won't run.

I get the same with saft, I remember reading somewhere of an unsupported way to break the version check. Can anyone point??

Hey, I'm just curious why you provide the link for somebody to download the file when anyone can more easily just run Software Update. Why do people even need that option?

Downloading the update is good if you have several macs on your local network and don't want to pull the file down across your internet connection for each and every mac...

I wonder if this update has a negative impact on hacked iPhones. Does anybody know?

Safari was updated in the release so it probably was caused by this patch.

Sketchup has stopped working for me, as has Software Update (oh the irony!)
A reinstall, repair permissions etc hasn't solved the problem.

I installed the latest update and while everything works great, the update did overwrite my debug version of the flash player with the normal version. It would be nice if Apple were to inspect whether or not you had the debug version installed and update the correct version instead of replacing this version with the normal version. That was a good 20 minutes spent working out why my debug output disappeared.

When I installed the 2007-009 security update for 10.5.1 I saw a blank screen and the disc did not start up. I had to repair the hardrive, which was messed up by the update.
