Saft updated for Safari 3.0.4
As many Mac users already know, Saft is the "Swiss-Army Knife" of web browser plug-ins. Some of the most loved features in Saft include: full screen browsing, tab thumbnails, and auto-hiding the download window. Much to the chagrin of fans, Saft was "broken" inadvertently by a recent Apple security update. Thankfully, Saft 10.0.4 was able to regain support for Safari 3.0.4. Saft is a wonderful plug-in for Safari; if you haven't taken a look lately, try downloading the free trial.
You can download Saft as a trial version or get a full license for $12.

Saft has an excelent adblocker but you can tweak a lot of stuff with it like tabs behaviour, etc. The downloads window autoclose is worth the price alone me thinks.

The initial release of Saft for Leopard was completely borked. This new version works well. WooHoo!

If you install the trial version of Saft, stand by for a nag screen and a bouncing Safari icon every five minutes. Every. Five. Minutes.

Do not install Saft plugin for Safari. It makes Safari significantly slower ( I have a G1 mac mini running Leopard) plus it will really annoy you like every 5 mins with a stupid message to buy it for $12. also it's a pain to un-install (after googling Delete this: Macintosh HD > Library > Input managers > Saft - Also delete the application if you can find it 'hint: Spotlight').
Although full screen browsing is a missed feature in Safari but Saft does it in a very stupid and annoying way.

I see where the person above me made the same comment. He's right on the other point, too: If you decide you no longer wish to be nagged, it ain't easy to get Saft off your machine. Even AppDelete can't do it. You'll have to open the bowels of your Mac to resect the growth.

Why pay $12 for Saft? Use Firefox and get all the extensions you want for free.
