The game is currently available as a trial download over on their website, or you can get the full version for $24.95. Looks like fun.

I really like Freeverse's stuff but it all just seems a little bit too expensive. I wouldn't mind paying like 10-15 bucks a game from them but 24.95 for what (as noted) looks like Geometry Wars which I already have, is a little much.

Freeverse makes great stuff, but their products are always overpriced. I know they would've sold at least two pieces of software to me by now if they weren't about 25% too expensive on everything.
Last time I complained about this in the comments here at TUAW (for SoundStudio), someone from Freeverse showed up to defend (lie about) their pricing. Let's see if they're watching this time.
Hey Freeverse - if you're reading this, lower your prices and sell more stuff to more people!

Yeah, I don't know if I'd go as far as to call them out on their pricing in that way. They obviously spend a LOT of time on their apps, and games and I honestly think it's probably more that I'm a cheapskate. I agree with you Billy as far as lowering the price would sell more apps, but I'm not prepared to call these folks liars.

Digital Droo also did the game soundtracks for Active Lancer and WingNuts 2. As well as audio work on many other games.
