Tip of the Day
To find out what version of Mac OS you are running, go to the Apple logo in the top left corner, click it and choose About This Mac. From that window you will see the version number, processor, memory and chosen startup disk. Clicking Software Update will check for updates, and More Info... will open up an extensive list of everything on your machine.

Umm... I think you missed the news. They were updated three weeks ago, bumped to 32 GB of maximum capacity. Apple almost never drops prices on things. They usually just offer the upgraded model at the same price (some exceptions to every rule, however).

Interesting, that guy is using both hands to type, i tried that but kept sticking to 1 finger, im also fast with that but it would be cool to use both, i guess i have to practice more.

It's like the end of the iPod nano ads. 1)It shows off all of the new/revolutionary features. 2)It features a bunch of the iPods, each different (nanos=colors, touches=apps). 3)Several hands reach in to grab the iPod, conveying a sense that everyone wants one. 4)It ends with a "cute" attractive tagline that leaves a positive message. Apple is truly at the pinnacle of commercials.

Nice ad... only thing I'd knock about it is including the lyric "for some people it's an easy choice/but for me it's a devil with an angel's voice;" I can hear the iPod cynics and anti-tech folks yelling "BINGO" already.

I have the iPhone, no real reason to get an iTouch, but this is one compelling ad - really shows off the functionality of this device. Nice one, Apple.
I see the Shins cover in there - a slight dig at the Zune ad based around the Shins?

Wow. A lot of the posted comments are geeks complaining about features that haven't been added to the i-touch. Boo-hoo. Just remember that you had a discman 10 years ago you turds. Without Apple, you aint got nothin' (not even the Zune). So relax.

Hmm, this ad features a Shins album, something Zune ads did first. I guess the hipsters were scoffing at and getting sick of Apple's frequent images of Nelly Furtado and Macy Gray in all their adverts.
