Actually, it can't charge your laptop. The adapters available are mostly for cellular phones and iPods.

That would be perfect for bike-riding. Then I wouldn't have to worry about my iPod ever dying while on the road! :P
(Although I'm not sure how long it takes to charge and whether the amount of power being used by the iPod at any one point in time is equivalent or less than the amount of power that these backpacks can put out..)
