TUAW Poll: What's your favorite nano-chromatic color?
Apple gave us a juicy spectrum of colors yesterday with the new iPod nano, and I find myself wondering which color I'd buy. I really like the green and yellow, simply because they're bright, happy colors. I also like the Denver Broncos (or is it University of Texas?) orange and the Colorado Rockies purple. The (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition makes a statement.
Probably because I'm working on a lack of sleep, I thought it would be interesting to see what the favorite "nano-chromatic" color of TUAW readers is. Take our poll, and let us know why you picked your favorite color.

then get PRODUCT(RED). While it does next to nothing to help the cause, it raises awareness, and that's what the product was designed for in the end.

6 months seems a bit long for any electronics exchange. sounds like you're gonna have to try and sell it and get a new one with the proceeds.

last time i bought a ipod the pink version wasn't in stock, so if i'm going to buy a new one it will totally be pink colored

I'm surprised that the orange is so popular. As soon as I saw it in whatever live blog I was watching it jumped out at me. I really would have preferred a shade between the red and orange though. I think the purple is really nice too.

Orange is awesome. My shuffle is orange and I'd paint my bike to match it if I had the time, money or inclination to bother.
I wish my Touch was orange, but I haven't got the time, money or inclination to paint that either.

Green's my favorite color, but the shade on the Nano is too light. I'd like a deeper emerald green.
Of course, being a recovering goth...I'll default to black.

Yeah, the orange was actually meant to be for the University of Tennessee. Just saying.
I honestly can't pick a color though. I wanted an orange in the past (when it didn't exist), but after seeing all the new ones, it's difficult.
I've got a Green 2nd gen, so that's out. I don't want pink, black, or silver. The rest? Fair game.

How about the 'I Would pay one billion for a touch with any reasonable capacity' option. Seriously. 32GB is as good as it gets, or you drive a volkswagon classic? WTF!?!

Orange for me, it's simply the colour (FYI I'm from England) that caught my attention.
Though white would have been nice.
