Apple Store is back online, with changes
With the day's Apple news slowing down, the Apple store finally came back online after what seemed to be an eternity. We've been looking around and here are the changes that we found:
- MacBook
- MacBook Pro
- MacBook Air
- Apple LED Cinema Display
- Mini DisplayPort to Dual-link DVI adapter
- Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter
- Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter
That is all the newness that we spotted, be sure to leave a comment below (or send us a tip) if you spot something else.
Update 3:12pm ET: Store's down again!
3:30pm: And now it's back.
Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

The store *was* online. I know people who've ordered already. It just went down again after not very long. Nice to see it's back.. maybe *I* can order something now... :)

Yeah, I had it earlier, but it went down again. The yellow sticky = the twitter fail whale of Apple, right now. *cough*

I just wish the Cinema Displays were able to daisy chain another display (i.e., my TV which does HDMI or DVI).
If it did, I'd get rid of my current MacBook and 24" iMac in a heartbeat.

Not that I'm buying this 24" monitor, but how about DVI to mini Display Port?

What's the deal with the 17"??????
During the Q&A at the end they said that the 17" would get a refresh today too, but it's still the old one on the Apple store!

The 17" gets the SSD as a $500 option, and an LED screen (which I think is new), and probably a bigger hard drive option.

The price of the 'old' macbook was listed in the store initially at $899. The store went down and now it's at $999.
It looks like there was some miscommunication on the pricing....

It's only the US one that has been down for so long. All of the other stores are fine.

They lied about the 17"
10:57AM Q: What's up with the 17-inch?
A: Tim: It's being refreshed today as well.
