Macworld 2009 Day One: In Pictures

The Keynote might not have had everything we were expecting, but Macworld 2009 is still off to a super start. We're still busy hitting booths and rendering video, you can take a look at some of the fun we've been having.
Highlights:
- The Delicious Monster booth looks just like Delicious Library 2
- The Iconfactory team
- Obviously, the new MacBook Pro unibody.

-No iPhone Update (Push?!?!)
-No Online iWork (I laughed so hard when he announced iWork.com and it's best feature is to share docs online)
-Integrated Battery in the 17''
-No new Mac Mini (?!?!?!?!? WTF?!!)
-No Steve (although Schiller wasn't that bad)
-Horrible band playing at the end of the keynote
-Top Songs now 1,29 (come on people, we all know that only old and unpopular songs are priced at ,69)
-No Iphone Nano
-No new iMac
-No Mac Pro
-No Snow Leopard announcement or new infos.
Who is with me?
Now I would have to disagree. While it obviously wasn't the best Keynote ever it wasn't as bad as some might have expected.
-iPhone software update, alright, I'd love to see MMS sometime soon. Tired to being made fun of for not having that.
-iPhone push - remember, this is a consumer-based conference, not developer.
-I'd rather use iWork on a Mac than try and do everything in a browser. Google Docs is fine; can't say I'd enjoy using Keynote or Numbers in a browser
-I'm impressed about the battery life; next challenge is to make it removable.
-Face it, the Mac Mini isn't Apple's focus anymore. No more predictions about it.
-Schiller was fine. Steve's sick. Can't do anything about that. At least we know what's up with Steve, and he obviously didn't want to share that.
-There'll always be someone upset with the music choice; but it's never someone popular with the young crowd. Bennett was great.
-I honestly don't think we'll see a ton of $1.29 songs except for maybe the rap and hip hop garbage. And maybe then they'll see profits drop and end up looking like a$$holes compared to others.
-iPhone nano, why do people expect one? If they could they'd make it thinner. The screen size will never change; apps would get screwed up. Dismissed.
-iMac looks perfect, why would it need to change?
-Mac pro, again, maybe at WWDC. Same with Snow Leopard.
iLife 09 looks really great. The new MacBooks are welcome, and no-DRM iTunes music across the store is great news. Pleasing keynote for me.
