Apple posts iMovie 8.0.4 update

Apple has just released an update for iMovie '09. The new version, 8.0.4, improves overall stability and fixes a number of other minor issues.
According to Apple, these issues include:
• Fixing a problem with incorrect rotation when working with video created by iPhone 3GS.
• Resolving instability when adding multiple beat markers in some languages.
• Correcting an issue where iMovie could become unresponsive after using fine-tuning controls beyond the stabilized portions of a clip.
To download this update, open Software Update (Apple Menu > Software Update) or visit the download page on the Apple support website.

I wish that Apple would change the iLife application version numbers so they would correspond with the iLife number. So that all the applications in iLife '08 were version 8.x.x, etc
Instead we have iMovie '09, version 8.0.4.

I know. That's pretty irritating, eh? They should have just called it iMovie 9.0

Good timing on this update.
When updating to 8.0.3 (current version before this update) my high quality Quicktime files (H.264, 29.97 fps, all keyframes, best compression) become blurred and degraded when being imported into iMovie. My work around was "downgrade" to 8.0.0 from the iLife '09 install DVD.
Anyone else have this issue and if so, does the 8.0.4 update fix it?

Hmm...every time they issue a "fix" my iMovie breaks. Won't load anymore.
Yet again I'll have to ignore this...
