FastTrack Schedule 10 for Mac ships this fall from AEC Software

FastTrack Schedule 10 is scheduled for release this fall, and includes a redesigned, iWork-like interface to make using the application much less intimidating. Experienced PMs are going to love the new assignment contouring capability, and other new features such as resource usage graphing on the Gantt chart and an iMedia browser for dropping in photos or diagrams also add to the mix. The application still retains a high level of data compatibility with Microsoft Project.
When the new version ships, existing users of FastTrack Schedule 9 can upgrade for US$149, while new users can purchase FastTrack Schedule 10 for US$315 by pre-ordering (regular price is US$350). If you're not familiar with the application, AEC Software also provides online training courses to bring you up to speed.

I personally use Merlin 2.
Take a look at merlin2.net, you will be happy ;-)
Take a look at OmniPlan, from OmniGroup (http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omniplan/). It's not $70, it's $150, but that's a site less expensive for a very nicely designed Mac product.
If you need something free and easy, take a look at GanttProject (http://www.ganttproject.biz/)
I haven't used FastTrack - I use Merlin instead and love it!
Ok, that's me officially marked as sad for saying I love project management software.
:(
Seriously, Merlin is great (http://projectwizards.net) and they have an iPhone app, a server and a web-based version...
I used version 9 of FastTrack for a little while but agree with the other posters: it's expensive and pretty useless if you plan on collaborating with the rest of your team (which is kind of the point with project management, isn't it?). I've been very happy with LiquidPlanner's online project management application (www.liquidplanner.com) -- it's straightforward, you can collaborate with other team members, and since it's a service, there's nothing to install... and a lot cheaper too :)

If you just need something small and simple, I remember seeing an open source app that was usable, but I can't remember the name.

I'm provided with Microsoft Project that I can run in a VM but if I want a Mac equivalent I have to foot the bill myself. I'd be willing to do that for something around $70. But not $200-$350.
