Can one draw any conclusions about the support status of Tiger from the fact that it has not received the 1.5.0_20 Java update as Leopard did, but has received another security update? If history is any indication, this should be one of the last Tiger updates, but I take it that Apple never officially proclaims an OS as end-of-life?

I've tried downloading the fix via Software Update and got a message saying the verification code did not match, meaning it could have been tampered with and was not signed by Apple.

In the second attempt the update was ok. Anyone else got that?
