LOL, ZING
props to you.
@MikeS
768 (sounds like a made up number) = 512 + 256 (powers of two) which is much lower than the number of "unauthorized" computers the appropriately pronounced "sigh"-star sold. If they told Apple how many they really sold, instead of finding a way to cover it up, Apple probably would have gone to an effort to try and collect all of their "unauthorized" computers.
Anyway, it's hardly a secret that most dislike Psystar, so it's the perfect opportunity for them to disband, leave the states, and gain an infamous reputation as some other company, elsewhere.
Jordan and what's-her-name? will be here to make some snide remarks about Apple any time now...

Thanks though, I am still chuckling.
Until... Psystar disbands and sets up shop where it is very legal to do this and offers international shipping options. I'm sure it isn't hard for even the less gifted to figure out.
BTW Apple, it is almost 2010. When will your computers stop running slow 1066Mhz RAM? Let's see 2000Mhz RAM like high end PCs already have!
Why would Psystar set up shop elsewhere? They sold 768 machines, so it is not like Apple squashed an otherwise successful business model. It would appear that if people want Mac OS, they either buy an Apple or build their own hackintosh.

Based on Psystar's sales figures that came out a few weeks ago, haven't they more or less been complying all along?
Someone big was likely behind this company... perhaps we will never know.
Conspiracy theories could easily fit on this case.
Awesome..
While I don't agree with apple's stance on keeping their software strictly to their hardware, it is their IP, and imglad pystar got slapped in the face for their inflated sense of entitlement
