Apple updates QuickTime for Leopard, Windows; iPhone Config Utility

In the midst of all the hoopla over iTunes 9.1 yesterday, Apple quietly snuck a few other updates out the door.

iPhone Configuration Utility 2.2 for Mac OS X lets you create, maintain, encrypt, and install configuration profiles, track and install provisioning profiles and authorized applications, and capture device information including console logs. The update weighs in at 6.94MB and requires Mac OS X 10.6 or later.

Apple QuickTime for Leopard - 7.6.6 includes changes that increase reliability, improve compatibility, and address security. It also includes general reliability improvements for iMovie. The update requires MAC OS X 10.5 Leopard.

Apple QuickTime for Windows - 7.6.6

There you go folks! Now you can get back to looking for hidden changes in iTunes 9.1!

They don't say what the changes to the iPhone config utility are... guess just the version number?

iPad Compatibility (99% sure of that), and otherwise unknown. Maybe someone wants to search resource files.

Now, for iTunes what they HAVEN'T fixed is the fact that the account balance in the store shows the number from your last purchase or login (the one in the black bar) but the number on the homepage "Your account has xxx" is different and more accurate.

Hey Apple, what about fix QuickTime X stream from Apple Events at Apple website ? I got 6 macs running 10.6.3 and none of them are able watch it online. On 10.5.x i just changed the protocol to HTTP 80 but now we can't do it.

It just works ? hummmmmm
