Tired of iPhone talk? It's an iPhone-free TUAW TV Live at 5 PM EDT

If you think you're tired of hearing about antenna problems, recalls, and other depressing news, just think how your favorite bloggers here at TUAW feel. We're going to bring a breath of fresh, cool air into the summer heat today with an all-Mac episode of TUAW TV Live.

Join host Steve Sande at 5 PM EDT today and we'll explore some recent Mac news, demo some Mac applications (several freebies included), and try out the new studio backdrop and lights. As if that's not enough, we'll have a couple of goodies to give away on the show, which may be the only time we'll step out of the Mac-only theme.

How do you join in on the fun? Just come back to TUAW just before 5 PM EDT (2 PM PDT) and there will be a live video feed and chat tool ready to go for you. All of the help you'll need will be in the official episode post. See you at 5!

I doubt your readers want you to drop iphone talk altogether, they want you to drop the negative, repetitive regurgitation of 'complaints' that TUAW writers continually post in a bid to make themselves feel like proper investigative journalists.

Seriously. Your judgement of the public mood is seriously lacking.

TUAW is dying, and you people aren't doing anything to stop it.

Maybe you should stop talking about the antenna "issue" because it's not really a problem. Being a site devoted to Apple news, you should be more aware of the truth. Actual iPhone 4 users are not having dropped calls from "holding it wrong." These lies were started by Apple haters like Gizmodo.

This is an excellent idea. I think everyone could use a break. I'm thinking of not checking any Apple news sites for a few days, due to overload.

I'm not tired of iPhone talk... I'm tired of iPhone antenna talk. Can you offer an RSS feed that filters out such stories?
