QWERTY case adds slide-out keyboard to your iPhone

I think it's a great idea!!! The only thing that has held me back from getting a iPhone is the lack of a slide out qwerty keyboard, I've had phones with virtual keyboards and my fingers are just too big and it gets totally frustrating after a while. I bought my wife a iPhone years ago and love playing with it UNTIL I try to type something.. As long as the Boxwave keyboard doesn't bulk up the iPhone too much it may finally get me my iPhone.. I always use cases for my phones so this is almost a win win situation, just wish I could see one before pulling the trigger on going the iPhone/Keyboard route..

Most likely you're not a number touch typist for the top row. As a result you have to move your eyes to the keyboard anyway, so touching the 123 key is no big deal. Next time you're at the Apple store try it.

I'm still wishing a bluetooth sliding controller a la the bottom of a PSP go would come out. If not officially supported then it could at least be used for emulators!

Not bad. My wife would actually use this. Her biggest gripe about the iPhone, besides no BB messenger, is that she needs the keyboard.

Jeez!!! Get over the stupid slide out keyboard B.S.! If you miss it so much, don't buy an iPhone. Go crawling back to your Blackberry.

Glad to see someone made a keyboard, but I have my doubts about how comfortable this one will be to use.

The space key -- the most used key on the keyboard -- is tiny.

Meanwhile, the number keys have their own row.

Would have been better to put the space key in big on a row that was (almost) all its own, and make the number keys accessible by pressing a "function" key + the top row of letters.
