Ask TUAW Video Edition: working with Stacks

ask tuaw videoThis week Matt asks how to have a dock stack with specific applications in it. In the video we show the three easy steps to make it happen. Remember, you can leave us questions in the comments! The video is on the next page.

Update: as Brian pointed out - you can use Command and Option-Key (⌘⌥) together when dragging the application to your newly-made folder - it will automatically make the alias without the word "alias" in the title.

To speed up the process, you should create your folder and then hold down the Command Option-Key (⌘⌥) while simply dragging your desired apps in to the created folder.

This avoids the alias labels and speeds things up.
