Ronald Reagan library adds 250 iPod touch tour guides

The iPod touch provides an audio narrative of various exhibits throughout the building. Besides providing additional information about the museum, the iPod touch also lets you record video and take pictures of your experience. When the tour is over, these images and video clips are uploaded to a central server from which you can download your memories or share them with your friends on Facebook or Twitter.

Ah, our tax dollars at work since we're the ones that pay for these "shrines". And Erick above, get a life! Reagan's legacy is greatly overblown and has been proven to have had a detrimental effect on us all - the tax cuts that lined the pockets of the wealthy, supply-side voodoonomics, reducing government oversight (that was good for banking wasn't it?), and of course, breaking the law in the "Iran Contra" arms for hostages hypocrisy for which Reagan should have been impeached. What a guy!

A technology blog entry about iPods and they couldn't feel the need to hold off on their irrational hatred of a dead prez who did much more good in the 8 yrs than this Jin person has done probably in their and their dad's life.

@Jin, down boy.
They had those at St. Paul's Cathedral in London. There are cases that fit around them with a strap to go around your neck. They were the nicest audio guides we had in England on our trip.
