Apple TV update streams TV purchase history, adds Vimeo support (Updated)
The Apple TV software has been updated to 4.3 with the following changes:
- Purchase TV shows through Apple TV
- Streams purchased TV shows, including access to all shows purchased through the iTunes even if deleted off your Mac -- though some ATV users are reporting that a good bit of their TV purchase history is missing
- Vimeo support
- Cloud icon added
The update is available now through your Apple TV. We'll update this piece as we find more changes in the software.

Vimeo channel looks nice, but other than that, nothing for the UK (and still no NBA/NHL) though I have to say I'd be a little wary of deleting my paid for content and trusting Apple to *always* have the rights to stream it to me from the cloud. It'd be nice to not need to have a computer/itunes running to watch it, but I'll still be keeping my own copies.

C'mon folks, I wanna hear how much hard drive space this frees up for you. For me: 90 GB reclaimed from my Macbook Pro's (my only Mac) 320 GB hard drive. Very nice! Next up, the Movies folder. Hope this happens soon.
