Apple selling refurbished iPad 2s

$50 off LOL. what a savings! not. Good marketing though. Most people will think OMG I can save $50 and go for it.

Hint: Buying brand new one will save you >$50 in repair/replacement costs later :) now if it was a substantial discount I would say go for it.

My advice: Don't buy these. Interesting, too, how only the 32 and 64GB models are available. I bought my 16gb (I believe?) model for $500. BRAND NEW. Not refurbished. :)

My reasoning that saving $50 here is rubbish is not dissing Apple. It's the idea that the best way to save money is to go for the big wins. not for chump change that may end up costing you more later.

that's funny, 1 year limited warranty. Under the description of the top Featured Products on this refurb page it lists the original iPad as having a Full 1-Year warranty, then when you click on it to purchase the product it magically changes to Limited 1-Year warranty. Apple has been making money off of really smart people because their products are great as well as really dumb people because they looooooooooove the fine print. FYI I am an Apple shareholder because they make a whole ton of money each year, and for no other reason.

A half-dozen of those 64GB wifi models were mine at one point. Light leaks. Anyway, I'm happy to do what I can to keep prices down for you folks.

That seems like a crappy discount for a used ipad2.

$549 for a refurbished ipad 2 on wifi 16 GB? thats a extremly bad deal considering a new one is $500 . hopefully a simpler typo ...
