Psystar Attorney Declares Legal Fight Not Over Yet

Last week, Psystar faced a significant legal defeat when their appeal was rejected by a judge, maintaining a permanent injunction that bars the company from selling PCs with Mac OS X pre-installed. Despite this, Psystar’s attorneys, led by K.A.D.

Camera of Camera & Sibley LLP, are prepared to escalate the matter to the Supreme Court if necessary. “This is far from over,” Camera stated firmly.

However, Psystar’s persistence might be futile.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit confirmed a 2009 ruling that permanently prohibits Psystar from distributing its Mac clones.
