Today, Apple’s network infrastructure is being heavily utilized due to the simultaneous release of iOS 8 and a new software update for Apple TV, which introduces several new features and improvements.

Another significant addition is support for Family Sharing, a system introduced during WWDC, which allows up to six family members to share access to iTunes and App Store purchases without sharing accounts.
