Apple has introduced AppleCare One, a subscription plan that covers multiple Apple devices under a single account. The service launched on July 24, 2025, and offers flexible pricing that scales as you add more devices. It supports a wide range of products, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.

Unlike the older AppleCare+ plans, which were tied to individual devices, AppleCare One consolidates coverage for multiple products, making it easier for customers to manage their protection plans.

Gift Cards for Smooth Transition

Users currently enrolled in AppleCare+ can switch to the new plan directly from the Settings app on their iPhone or iPad. When you open Subscriptions under your Apple ID, you’ll see an option to upgrade if eligible. The process is quick and does not require visiting Apple’s website.

When you switch, Apple automatically cancels your old AppleCare+ plan and refunds any remaining balance as an Apple Gift Card. The gift card is delivered via email once the new plan becomes active. Users can use the credit for any Apple purchase, from hardware to App Store content.

Plan Details and Pricing

AppleCare One starts at $19.99 per month for up to three devices. Additional devices can be added for $5.99 each per month. Devices do not need to be newly purchased, but they must be in good working condition to qualify.

This move not only simplifies Apple’s coverage system but also offers customers a small incentive during the transition. With more households owning multiple Apple devices, AppleCare One aims to provide convenience and value under one unified subscription.
