Apple has opened its third retail store in India at the Phoenix Mall of Asia in Bengaluru. Called Apple Hebbal, the outlet strengthens Apple’s presence in a fast-growing market and gives customers direct access to its services.
Store Design and Features
Spanning 8,000 square feet on the first floor, Apple Hebbal follows the brand’s global mall-based layout. Wooden tables display iPhones, Apple Watches, and accessories. Customers can also visit the Genius Bar for technical help and use a dedicated Apple Pickup counter for online orders.
The store includes a large video wall for Today at Apple sessions, which encourage hands-on creativity. Adding a local touch, the glass facade features a peacock-feather-style design, while a special Apple Music Hebbal playlist spotlights Bengaluru musicians.
Sustainability and Staffing
Apple built the store with sustainability in mind. Apple Hebbal runs entirely on renewable energy and is fully carbon neutral. A team of 70 employees from 15 Indian states staff the store, reflecting diversity and expertise.
A Growing Presence
Apple Hebbal joins Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in Delhi. While BKC stands out with its flagship design, Hebbal adopts a simpler mall format that prioritizes accessibility and convenience.

Opening Day
The store opened its doors on September 2 at 1 P.M. IST, drawing crowds eager to experience Apple’s latest retail space in India. The launch marked another step in Apple’s strategy to expand in one of the world’s largest smartphone markets.
