Apple Stores Embrace Holiday Decor—But No Christmas Deals Yet

Apple has officially kicked off the holiday season with a full festive makeover of its online and retail stores. Users first noticed the change on November 3, 2025, when Apple launched its Christmas Tree project for UK iPad owners. Now, holiday-themed visuals have appeared across the online Apple Store and at select physical locations.

The updated store design features colorful patterns around product displays and a glowing border animation at the top of the page. The effect resembles the new Siri interface, which uses a shifting light border around the iPhone screen. After loading, the animation settles into a soft blue and orange stripe, giving the store a warm seasonal touch.

Festive Look, Familiar Offers

A new “Shop Gifts” button leads customers into the online store, but Apple hasn’t changed its product lineup or added any limited-time bundles. The devices appear in their usual arrangement, now surrounded by brighter, more playful decorations.

In physical stores, holiday colors and décor are beginning to appear, though sightings remain limited. Few photos have surfaced online, suggesting the rollout may still be in progress. Apple Omotesando in Tokyo, however, is among the first confirmed locations to showcase the new decorations.

Despite the fresh seasonal look, Apple has not announced any Christmas discounts, promotional bundles, or gift card deals. This stands out, as many retailers begin offering holiday sales well before December.

Extended Returns Still Apply

While promotions are missing, Apple has made one traditional holiday adjustment:
The return window now extends through January 8, 2026. This policy gives buyers more flexibility, especially those planning to purchase gifts early.

Although shoppers may hope for festive deals, Apple appears focused on design updates and a consistent shopping experience. With the season just beginning, customers will be watching closely to see whether Apple introduces any late surprises.
