Apple is preparing to open its sixth retail store in Beijing, marking another major expansion of its presence in China. The new location will launch on December 6 at 10 a.m. China Standard Time inside the Huiji Shopping Center, also known as the Livat Center, in the city’s Daxing District.

The mall is already known for its massive scale. It houses 455 stores across three levels and includes 7,050 parking spaces, which earned it a Guinness World Record in 2016 for the world’s largest underground parking lot. The new Apple Store will sit on the first floor, placing it at the heart of one of Beijing’s busiest shopping destinations.

Services and Experiences at the New Location

Apple has not yet released full design details for the upcoming store, but the company has confirmed several key features. Shoppers will have access to online order pickup, a full Genius Bar, and Today at Apple sessions. Additionally, the store will offer Apple Vision Pro demonstrations, giving visitors a closer look at Apple’s latest mixed-reality device.

To celebrate the opening, Apple released exclusive wallpaper featuring a multi-colored version of the store’s custom logo. The design uses playful “brick-like” patterns and reflects the store’s opening message: “Let’s create dreams together.”

Apple’s Continued Growth in China

This new location highlights Apple’s ongoing investment in China’s retail market. Earlier in 2025, the company opened its third store in Shenzhen and also closed a location in Centennial City as part of regional restructuring.

Despite these adjustments, Apple continues to expand into high-traffic areas across major cities. The new Beijing store adds another flagship experience for customers and strengthens Apple’s retail network in one of its most important global markets.
