Tyler, the Creator has reached a major career milestone, earning the title of Apple Music Artist of the Year 2025. His win follows massive global success, two hit albums, and record streaming numbers, according to Apple’s announcement.
In late 2024, he released Chromakopia, which quickly became his most streamed album on Apple Music. It broke his personal first-day and first-week streaming records and marked a new level of artistic depth for the rapper.

Two Albums in One Tour Cycle
Halfway through his Chromakopia tour, Tyler surprised fans by writing and releasing a second album, Don’t Tap the Glass. It debuted at No. 1 on Apple Music in more than 55 countries, showing his global reach and momentum.
Apple Music says Tyler logged more than 4.5 billion minutes of listening time between November 2024 and October 2025—his strongest streaming year ever.

The momentum is set to continue. Tyler will make his feature-film debut in Marty Supreme alongside Timothée Chalamet. He also holds five Grammy nominations for Chromakopia and Don’t Tap the Glass, positioning him for another strong year.
